Inaugural lectures at IWB

On February 5, 2025, the following inaugural lectures will be given at the Faculty's Institute of Construction Materials (IWB):

• Jun-Prof. Dr.-Ing. Anja Lauer: "Robotergestütztes Bauen: Chancen und Herausforderungen" (Robot-assisted construction: Opportunities and Challenges) as Junior Professor for Robotic Construction, and
• Jun.-Prof. Dr. Philippe Grönquist: "Herausforderungen im Ingenieurholzbau der Zukunft" (Challenges in Timber Engineering of the Future) as Junior Professor for Timber Engineering - materials, connections and digital manufacturing technologies.

The lectures will be followed by a reception in the foyer of the institute and, from 6:30p. m., digitize wood - L'ignite, the timber construction regulars' table in Stuttgart.
